Kid Express LLC’s focus is making your life easier while keeping your young traveler safe. As a concerned parent, you can feel secure knowing that your child is being transported in the safest way possible and will always have his or her seatbelt fastened. Shuttles are monitored by GPS tracking; if your child’s shuttle is stuck in traffic, you will be notified when they are running late. Relax and – LET US HELP YOU WITH YOUR BUSY LIFE!

Shuttle Rules

» Pick-up and drop off locations are pre-arranged.

» Seat belts MUST be worn at all times. NO STANDING is allowed on the shuttles when in operation.

» The vehicle will come to a complete stop and the DRIVER will open the door to allow Passengers to board or depart from the vehicle

» Smoking is strictly prohibited on and near all vehicles.

» Cell phone use is permitted on a VERY LIMITED BASIS. They may be used as long as it is NOT disruptive to the driver. Parents: Please have your children turn down the volume on the ring tones.

» For the passenger’s safety, the driver MUST be obeyed during pick up, transport, and delivery. Seats may be assigned, if necessary.

» Parents, please have your children ready to board the shuttle when it arrives to pick them up. We want to make sure that everyone gets to their destination in a timely manner.

» Inappropriate behavior is unacceptable. The SAFETY of our Passengers and Drivers is of utmost concern. We reserve the right to terminate shuttle rides for disruptive children. (This also applies to parents.)

» Fighting, arguing or physical contact with other passengers will NOT be tolerated.

» Kid Express, LLC is not liable for any items left on our shuttles – children must check under their seat and in the cargo area when they reach their destination.

All Parents will receive a complete detailed list of Shuttle Rules upon confirmation of reservation.

Passenger Van Safety

» All vans outfitted with safety belts, which – by law – must be worn at all times

» All vans exceed state inspection standards for health and safety

» All vans receive a daily safety check and are kept clean

Driver Safety

» Drivers undergo:  DMV / Driving History Check, Criminal History Check, Sex Offender Database Check

» Drivers receive a Personal Driving Test by a Qualified Instructor

» All drivers are uniformed and easily identifiable

All of the above checks are performed before hiring AND randomly throughout employment. Drivers must recertify periodically. Drug testing is random and frequent.
