Kid Express Shuttle Rates & Reservations

Kid Express LLC provides a dependable, unique, and safe transportation service for our children in the Richardson Area. The pricing schedule listed here is for Summer 2008

  • Prepayment is REQUIRED for all services.
  • All pricing is for trips that are the same time / pick-up / drop-off location. Additional charges will be applied to variations from standard services.
  • Invoicing is on a monthly basis; new customers invoices will be pro-rated for the remainder of the month in which their services begin.

Additional Services

Availability of Services is based on Scheduling / Routes:

  • Extended Trips:
    A $2/mile charge will be added to your account for rides more than 8 miles one-way.
  • Outside Scheduled Routes:
    For a single ride where there are no scheduled routes in the immediate area, an additional fuel charge may be added to reach the origin point.
  • Driver Waiting:
    If the driver is required to wait for your child, an additional charge will be added.
  • Other Pricing:
    Kid Express LLC is pleased to work with their customers on special requests. Please call us for information about any of the following:
    • Out of boundary rides
    • Summer Programs
    • Weekend trips
    • Special Request Pick-ups / Drop-offs
    • Hourly Group Rate / Mileage
  • Sick Child Pick-Up (Available in the future) :
    This is an on-call service in which we will pick sick children up from daycare or school, and deliver them to the destination of your choice. Your paperwork MUST be on file in order to sign up for this service; school/daycare information must also be on file. PRICE - $20 /trip under 7 miles (Additional fees will be applied for trips 8 miles & over). If you are interested in this service, but are not a current customer, you will need to purchase our Membership – please call for more information.

Membership Fees

Full Time Monthly Packages purchasers automatically qualify for Membership.

School Year Membership Fee:
A $25 (Non-Refundable) fee is required for all services. This allows your child to ride standby for an unscheduled ride – IF SEATING IS AVAILABLE. This also allows you to register multiple pick up and drop off locations.

  • THE MEMBERSHIP FEE SECURES YOUR PLACE ON OUR WAITING LISTS AS ROUTES ARE BEING BUILT - THEY ARE ON A FIRST-COME/FIRST-SERVE BASIS.

Payments

  • All billing is done electronically. You will be e-mailed an electronic invoice to pay via credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover)
  • Payment is due the day before your Kid Express, LLC service begins. You will be charged $10 per day late fee until the day you pay your bill in full. Services will cease until payment is received.
